Steps to Enrollment

   

 

STEPS TO ENROLLMENT  

  • Complete Application form and send to Life Point

  • Schedule an Interview with the Director, Supervisor, and Teacher to discuss your child's  educational and therapeutic needs

    •

  • Provide relevant assessment information which  might include academic records or an IEP, as well as educational and psychological/behavioral assessments

  • Receive acceptance notification

  • Probationary period of three months

  • Full enrollment
